Production

Stock items, ship in 1-2 working days. Custom items, normal shipping is 10 working days after the receipt of order or proof approval, depending on product, quantify and complexity of order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of a custom order will incur charges for all product produced plus die charges if applicable.

Proofs

We require 1-2 working days to produce a proof. Production of order begins the date we receive written approval of the order.

Rush Service

Rush service is available only if our production schedule will allow. Check with factory. Rush charges of 25% (X) of order & overnight freight charges may apply.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. our Texas plant. C.O.D. additional charges are based on carrier’s current rate. We hold no responsibility for orders lost in transit, and we cannot guarantee “carrier’s” delivery time. U.S.P.S shipping may incur additional charges. This includes insured packages over $50.00, C.O.D. packages and international packages. A $2.50 (X) shipping charge is added to each box.

Drop Shipments

A charge of $6.00 (P) will be added for each additional ship location.

All pricing and specifications in are subject to change without notice. Minimum invoice is $40.00 (P).

Phone Orders

Custom orders must be either emailed to us or faxed to our toll-free line. We will not accept responsibility for errors on phone orders if a confirming order is not received prior to production.

Reorders

When reordering, please refer to most recent invoice number and date of last order. This will enable us to locate original in a timely manner. Also, please specify any changes to original orders.

Artwork

We require camera-ready black-&-white art. Photographs, photocopies, drawings or faxed art can only be used for cost estimation, and an art charge of $40.00 (X) per hour will be charged to generate acceptable art. Note: This will add an additional 2-3 working days to production.

Dies

Custom dies have to be made from black-&-white camera-ready art. We cannot hot stamp halftones, screens or very fine line or intricate detail.

Electronic Art

Electronic art is acceptable, using the following formats: CDR, TIFF, AI or EPS – Windows PC formatted (No Macintosh).

Patents & Copyrights

The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.

PMS Match/Registration

We are unable to match PMS in either foil or ribbon colors. Due to the hot stamping process on ribbons, close registration of multi-color hot stamping is limited to plus or minus 1/16 inch.

Returns

Requests for redo’s or credit must be authorized in writing. All returns must be authorized in writing. Unauthorized returns will be reshipped and charges for freight and handling will be billed. Claims for returns must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A 10 percent restocking fee will be charged for stock items.

Non-Standard Foil Colors

Rainbow, Teal, Red, Blue, Black, Green, Purple, Lt. Blue, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Maroon. White is available but not recommended.

Special Packaging

Any order that requires packaging other than our standard will incur a special packaging fee to be determined on receipt of order.
