Production |
| Stock items, ship in 1-2 working days. Custom items, normal shipping is 10 working days after the receipt of order or proof approval, depending on product, quantify and complexity of order. |

Proofs |
| We require 2-3 working days to produce a proof. Production of order
begins the date we receive written approval of the order. |

Rush Service |
| Rush service is available only if our production schedule will allow.

Shipping |
| All shipments are F.O.B. our Texas clients plant. C.O.D. additional charges are based on carrier's current rate. We hold no responsibility for orders lost in transit, and we cannot guarantee "carrier's" delivery time. For foreign shipments, submit all necessary forms with order. A handling charge of $20.00 (x) applies per shipping location. U.S.P.S shipping requires a $20.00 (X) handling charge. This includes insured packages over $50.00, C.O.D. packages and international packages. A $2.00 (X) shipping charge is added to each box. |

Drop Shipment |
| A charge of $6.00 (P) will be added for each aulitional ship location. |

Pricing-Specification Minimum Invoice |
| All pricing and specifications in this catalog supercede all previously
published and are subject to change without notice. Minimum invoice
is $40.00 (P). |

Phone Orders |
| Custom orders must be either mailed to us or faxed to our toll-free
line. We will not accept responsibility for errors on phone orders
if a confirming order is not received prior to production. |

Reorders |
| When reordering, please refer to previous invoice number and date
of last order. This will enable us to locate original in a timely
manner. Also, please specify any changes to original orders. |

Artwork |
| We require camera-ready black-&-white art. Photographs, drawings
or faxed art can only be used for cost estimation, and an art charge
of $40.00 (X) per hour will be charged to generate acceptable art.
Note: This will add an additional 3-5 working days to production. |

Dies |
| Custom dies have to be made from black-&-white camera-ready art.
We cannot hot stamp button halftones, screens or very fine line or
intricate detail. |

Electronic Art |
| Electronic art is acceptable, using the following formats: CDR,
TIFF, AI or EPS - PC formatted (No Macintosh). |

Patents & Copyrights |
| The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation
arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights
on any requested design or copy. |
| |
PMS Match/Registration |
| We can not match PMS in either foil or ribbon colors. Due to the hot stamping process on ribbons, close registration of multi-color hot stamping is limited to plus or minus 1/16 inch. |

Returns |
| All returns must be authorized in writing. Unauthorized returns
will be reshipped and charges for freight and handling will be billed.
Claims for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
A 10 percent restocking fee will be charged for stock items. |
